ABOUT
The Rhys, a seven-story 69-unit, multi-family residential project is situated in the heart of Koreatown northwest of downtown Los Angeles. The first two levels are dedicated to parking and a generous 2,500 sf amenity deck which includes a gym, recreation room and spa. The top five levels offer views of DTLA, the Hollywood hills and the beautiful Los Angeles Sunsets.
